so this is how you get rid of those jelly O:

take a stroll round the park
They walk slowly and enjoy the scenery.
A person should try to do some running in between their walking.
Then take a minute or two of strolling.
You keep repeating the sequence for 20-30 minutes.
By exercising like this a person can do something about their bulging waistline.
This type of exercise will also allow a person to get rid of their ab routine and still lose their fat
